I found a reproducer:
modprobe mac80211_hwsim
ip link add team0 type team
ip link set wlan0 master team0
ip link set wlan1 master team0
modprobe -rv mac80211_hwsim
I'm going to send a patch[1], which removes team->lock completely.
This issue will disappear.
