If guest can access hw CSR directly and do not cause a exception, it
means hw GCSR. on the other hand, if cause a exception to return to KVM
to emulate it by software, it means SW GCSR. And I re-check the PGD,
TINTCLR, PRCFG1~3 CSR, they should be hw GCSR.
