Hmm... non-exec mem for kprobes?

       if (strict_module_rwx_enabled())
               execmem_params.ranges[EXECMEM_KPROBES].pgprot = PAGE_KERNEL_ROX;
       else
               execmem_params.ranges[EXECMEM_KPROBES].pgprot = PAGE_KERNEL_EXEC;

Do you mean the latter case?
