Subject: [PATCH v2 3/4] KVM: x86: add more information to kvm_exit tracepoint

Add:
  - Flag that shows that the VM is in guest mode
  - Bitmap of pending kvm requests.
  - Flag showing that this VM exit is due to request to have
    an immediate VM exit.
