I forgot to add:
   cat /sys/firmware/acpi/platform_profile
correctly returns:
   low-power

without any WARNING. It looks like the warn often (but not exclusively) 
happens around:
PM: suspend exit

Ah, convert_dytc_to_profile()'s retval is not checked in 
dytc_profile_refresh(). That's likely it, let me add the check and retry.
