Yes, I actually had the same thought.

You would also need a new capability: V4L2_BUF_CAP_SUPPORTS_SECURE_MEMORY

It makes more sense than creating a new V4L2_MEMORY_ type, and it still
is handled at the right place (creating the buffers).
