I mean the number is arbitrary, it doesn’t reflect any coprocessor limit since
I haven’t run the tests to figure one out. It's supposed to be a small reasonable
number.

This one is used to signal completion of IPC calls made to the coprocessor
from atomic contexts, so when we can’t do a blocking wait on the coprocessor’s
response. The only user (currently) is issuing of coproc descriptors.
