Subject: [PATCH RFT v7 5/6] ARM: pxa: Convert gumstix Bluetooth to GPIO
descriptors
Gumstix still uses the legacy GPIO interface for resetting the Bluetooth
device.
Convert it to use the GPIO descriptor interface.
