Subject: [RFC PATCH v2 5/7] tun: Support BPF_PROG_TYPE_VNET_HASH
Support BPF_PROG_TYPE_VNET_HASH with TUNSETSTEERINGEBPF ioctl to make
it possible to report hash values and types when steering packets.
