Subject: [PATCH 4/5] staging: media: av7110: Fix 'long int' and 'unsigned' variable declarations

Fixed the following warnings flagged by checkpatch:
 * Replaced 'long int' with 'long'
 * Replaced 'unsigned' with 'unsigned int'
