Subject: [PATCH] staging: rtl8192e: renamed variable HTIOTActIsDisable

Renamed from Pascal/CamelCase to Snake case the variable
HTIOTActIsDisable, HTIOTActIsDisable -> ht-iot_act_is_disable

Linux kernel coding style (cleanup), checkpatch Avoid CamelCase.
Driver rtl8192e compiles.
