Subject: [PATCH 2/2] scripts: dt_to_config: Fix odd formatting
The dt_to_config scripts use 7 spaces for the first indentation step,
and 8 spaces for any subsequent step, which is rather uncommon.
Replace spaces by TABs and reformat/realign white-space.
No functional change.
