Subject: [RFC PATCH 03/11] shmem: drop BLOCKS_PER_PAGE macro
The commit [1] replaced all BLOCKS_PER_PAGE in favor of the
generic PAGE_SECTORS but definition was not removed. Drop it
as unused macro.
