Subject: [PATCH RFC v3 27/37] drm/rockchip: inno_hdmi: Remove useless
 mode_valid

The inno_hdmi mode_valid implementation always return MODE_OK which is
what the core assumes when we don't have an implementation.

Let's get rid of it.
