To check CXL memory usage, /proc/PID/numa_maps,
/sys/fs/cgroup/CGROUP/memory.numa_stat, and
/sys/devices/system/node/nodeN/meminfo can be used for process, cgroup,
and NUMA node respectively. Is this enough?
