Subject: [PATCH v3 2/6] tty: serial: amba: Use linux/bits.h macros for
 constant declarations

The driver uses bit shifts and hexadecimal expressions to declare
constants. Replace that with the BIT() & FIELD_PREP_CONST() macros to
clarify intent.
