You need to add new CIDs. E.g. VIVID_CID_INT_Q4_16.

I think it is worth adding this to the v4l2-ctrls.h header:

Looks good otherwise.

The purpose is that v4l2-compliance can test such control types using a
hw emulation driver like vivid.
