Subject: [PATCH v2 3/4] modpost: remove unneeded initializer in section_rel()

This initializer was added to avoid -Wmaybe-uninitialized (gcc) or
-Wsometimes-uninitialized (clang) warning.

Now that compilers recognize fatal() never returns, it is unneeded.
