Perhaps you can switch to devm_regulator_bulk_get(), or you really need a delay between
each regulators enable ? If yes then it's fine to keep as-is.

Just use devm_gpiod_get(dev, "reset", GPIOD_OUT_LOW) and it will set the gpio to low
