It _feels_ like some tags might be missing.
In any case I suggest to use `b4` tool to retrieve tags when preparing
the next version:

	git checkout -b vXX v6.7-rcX
	b4 am -slt $MSG_ID_OF_v(XX-1)
	git am ...
	git rebase --interactive ... # to address comments
