Hit `modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in
kernel/sched/test_sched_football.o` error when I build this module.

JFYI: the module does not have MODULE_NAME(), MODULE_DESCRIPTION(),
MODULE_AUTHOR(), module_exit(), ... as well.
