Subject: [DO NOT MERGE v6 05/37] sh: GENERIC_IRQ_CHIP support for CONFIG_OF=y
Remove unused function prototype.
Add helper update_sr_imask. use for SH7751 irq driver.
Add stub intc_finalize.
