How about handing this in qi_check_fault() when it detects an ITE error?

qi_check_fault() should returns -ETIMEDOUT instead of -EAGAIN, if

- qi_submit_sync() is called for a device TLB invalidation request
   (indicated by pdev is valid);
- device is not present.
