Subject: [PATCH] drm/radeon: Clean up errors in trinity_dpm.c

Fix the following errors reported by checkpatch:

ERROR: that open brace { should be on the previous line
ERROR: space prohibited before that ',' (ctx:WxW)
ERROR: need consistent spacing around '-' (ctx:WxV)
