Was missing import of the IIO_AD_SIGMA_DELTA namespace. I've
fixed that whilst applying.

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git and pushed out as testing
for 0-day to get a head start before rc1 when I'll rebase the tree
and push it out for next to pick up.
