To catch up with your NPU example Vivante's kernel driver has such

I think in reality this function should be called
etnaviv_is_chip_rev(..) or etnaviv_is_id_rev(..). That would be
semantically correct and we could even stick the the current macro
(that gets renamed) and with the current
GCxxx defines.
