So, I suggest to say,
Prevent parallel swapin from proceeding with the cache flag. Otherwise,
it may swapin first, free the entry, then swapout the modified page
using the same entry ...

understood for reader. Need a little more explanation like "release
pinned entry for device with SWP_SYNCHRONOUS_IO.
