Subject: [RFC PATCH 8/9] shmem: clear uptodate blocks after PUNCH_HOLE

In the fallocate path with PUNCH_HOLE mode flag enabled, clear the
uptodate flag for those blocks covered by the punch. Skip all partial
blocks as they may still contain data.
