Subject: [PATCH 7/7] EDAC: Remove edac_device_ctl_info::removal_complete

edac_device_ctl_info::removal_complete is not used since commit
458e5ff13e1b (edac: core: remove completion-wait for complete with
rcu_barrier). Drop it.
