Subject: [PATCH] darray: lift from bcachefs
dynamic arrays - inspired from CCAN darrays, basically c++ stl vectors.
Used by thread_with_stdio, which is also being lifted from bcachefs for
xfs.
this is in my for-next branch - this is underlying infrastructure for
the thread-with-file stuff that darrick and I have been hacking on; but
it's also something I use heavily in bcachefs and is a gap in our data
structures.
