Subject: [PATCH] docs: MAINTAINERS: add "Profile" keyword entry name

The HTML output of MAINTAINERS file prints "P:" for subsystem profile,
e.g.:
	Status: Maintained
	P: process/maintainer-soc-clean-dts

Use "Profile" as this entry name.
