We analyzed cause of this bug. In function "tomoyo_write_control", if more than
one thread enter while loop in line 2662 (while (avail_len > 0)), the
kfree in line 2674
could affect other thread using pointer cp0 (like in line 2685,
cp0[head->w.avail++]),
causing concurrent UAF.
