I tried enabling the infoframes generation for MSM HDMI bridge and I
stumbled here.
I think this condition is not fully correct. It should only guard
generation of hdmi_vendor infoframe. AVI and SPD frame can be
generated even if has_hdmi_infoframe is not set. Not sure about the
HDR infoframe.
