Subject: [PATCH v2 09/28] sparc32: Drop sun4m/sun4d specific irq handling

Some of the sun4m irq infrastructure is used by LEON too,
so keep that and drop the rest.
The patch include a few extra fixes fix the build after
the removal of the irq support.
