Subject: [PATCH v3 2/2] memory tier: dax/kmem: abstract memory types put

Abstract `kmem_put_memory_types()` into `mt_put_memory_types()` to
accommodate various memory types and enhance flexibility,
similar to `mt_find_alloc_memory_type()`.
