Subject: [PATCH v5 4/4] of: reserved_mem: Rename fdt_* functions to refelct use of unflatten_devicetree APIs

Rename the relevant fdt_* functions to a new naming scheme, dt_*, to
reflect the use of the unflatten_devicetree APIs to scan through the
reserved memory regions defined in the DT.
