Subject: [RFC 3/3] phy: freescale: imx8q-hsio: Add i.MX8Q HSIO PHY driver support
Add i.MX8Q HSIO PHY driver support.
- Add one HSIO configuration property, that used to select the
"PCIE_AB_SELECT" and "PHY_X1_EPCS_SEL" during the initialization.
