Subject: Removing external USB-C adapter during suspend causes `Unable to
change power state from unknown to D0, device inaccessible`

Dear Linux folks,

In my quest to get rid of logged Linux errors and warnings, I noticed,
that disconnecting an external USB-C mini-docking station/port
replicator/multi-port adapter, when the system is suspended, then Linux
logs the errors below during resume.
