Subject: [PATCH 3/3] kbuild: use GCOV_PROFILE and KCSAN_SANITIZE in scripts/Makefile.modfinal

Instead of filtering out the GCOV and KCSAN flags, let's set GCOV_PROFILE
and KCSAN_SANITIZE to 'n', as in other Makefiles.
