Subject: [PATCH v5 3/3] RISC-V: Select ACPI PPTT drivers

After adding ACPI support to populate_cache_leaves(), RISC-V can build
cacheinfo through the ACPI PPTT table, thus enabling the ACPI_PPTT
configuration.
