    DEFINE_RAW_FLEX().
  - Add HAS_IOPORT dependencies.
  - Fix long pending events during suspend after resume.

* Misc cleanups

  - Provide ID tables for avoiding fallback match.
  - Replace deprecated UNIVERSAL_DEV_PM_OPS().
