Subject: [PATCH v3 2/4] dt-bindings: arm: Document reboot mode magic

Add bindings to describe vendor-specific reboot modes. Values here
correspond to valid parameters to vendor-specific reset types in PSCI
SYSTEM_RESET2 call.
