Subject: [PATCH] staging: rtl8192e: Fix spelling mistakes in rtllib_softmac.c

codespell reported misspellings of temporarily, possibly, notify and
param on rtllib_softmac.c. This patch fixes the misspellings to increase
code readability and searching.
