Subject: [PATCH] net: usb: remove unused structs 'usb_context'

From: "Dr. David Alan Gilbert" <linux@...blig.org>

Both lan78xx and smsc75xx have a 'usb_context'
struct which is unused, since their original commits.

Remove them.
