Subject: [PATCH v2 08/14] ARM: dts: qcom: ipq8064: drop #power-domain-cells
 property of GCC

On IPQ8064 the Global Clock Controller (GCC) doesn't provide power
domains. Drop the #power-domain-cells property from the controller
device node.
