I come to kernel 6.10 because I would like to run stable diffusion on
my APU, which should related to the following commit: Let VRAM
allocations go to GTT domain on small APUs
(https://www.spinics.net/lists/amd-gfx/msg106897.html).

Coincidentally Yunchen and I use APU machines (7840 HS and 6800U), so
just wonder if video playing issue happen on a dedicated AMD graphic
card?
