Subject: [PATCH 05/13] drm/rockchip: dw_hdmi: Allow High TMDS Bit Rates

Call dw_hdmi_set_high_tmds_clock_ratio in phy init ops to allow support
of High TMDS Bit Rates used by HDMI2.0 display modes.
