Subject: [PATCH v4 6/9] arm64: dts: rockchip: add mule mfd (0x18) on
 rk3588-jaguar

Mule emulates amc6821 and an I2C mux (mfd:0x18). The isl1208 is exposed
behind this mux.

Add the mux node and isl1208 as a default device.
