Ultimately this was the ultimate example of me ultimately rewriting a
sentence to say ultimate while forgetting that I also said ultimate
ultimately later on in the same sentence, leading to a penultimate
ultimate.

You offer me an ultimatum on fixing this in order to receive positive
review, so ultimately I shall relent and do so on the next respin.
