Looks like there is a difference between 
`DT_SCHEMA_FILES=realtek,rtl-intc.yaml` and 
`DT_SCHEMA_FILES=realtek,rtl-intc.yaml:realtek-rtl.yaml:realtek,otto-timer.yaml`.
